First practice today, went well, good to get back into the groove of things. Saw many Redskin jerseys out here today around the Burg, which made me pleased. If you havent hit up the new E Hall yet, hit that up, has some LEGIT food. Time for some dinner.
ps. Congrats to Coach Forbes, for getting a contract extension through 2013. Deservedly so
