1. Guest Outings Can be the Best.....and the Worst.All the balls, towels, and giveaways the players get in the tournament that they leave in their carts after they drive them in when there done, its fair game. Alot of drunk people will forget shirts hats etc and finders keepers! I have gotten 2 under armour shirts, countless tees and golf balls, couple hats, etc. The bad side, a TON of work. You are straight busy for 2 hrs straight and rarely recieve alot of tips.
2.Setting your hours is pretty Cool. At the begginning of the year, you send Chuck(boss) all the days you cannot work, and the days you would like to work. Usually he trys to make it as close as possible to that as possible.
3.Free Golf This helps me in particular, saves me a TON of money. Im up there usually 5 or 6 days a week practicing. Being able to play and practice for free Monday-Fiday anytime and on weekends after 1 is splendid.
4.The Staff Match Play tournament. A fun time where everyone plays agaisnt eachother, always bringing some upsets. 16 players, in a bracket resembling the sweet 16 of March Madness. Who took it this year? your boyyy
5. When it Rains, NO WORK Which means that if you have that 7am shift in the morning and it rains alot the night before, sleep in city, because the golf course will be closed. Work all depends on the weather.
And how about Jason Campbell looking good last night. Finally opening up the offesne!
